Terms and Conditions for Day Trips
- 1. If there is insufficient demand for any trip, we reserve the right to cancel the trip up to 31 days prior to travel.
- 2. We shall not be accountable for any loss, inconvenience or damage to passengers or their goods which arise from delay, traffic congestion, road accident, breakdown, fire, tempest, strike, or any cause outside our control.
- 3. If we have to make a cancellation, the customer will be offered a full refund of all monies paid.
- Cancellations made by customers seven or fewer days prior to the date of travel will not result in a refund.
- Cancellations made by customers of more than seven days prior to the date of travel will result in a credit note being issued less an administration fee and any admission or ticket prices due.
- Credit notes issued may be used on future trips during the following 12 months.
- 4. Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
- 5. Consumption of alcohol and/or smoking on board our vehicles is prohibited.
- 6. It is the responsibility of each passenger to make sure that he/she is at the correct departure point at the correct time. We cannot be liable for any loss or expense, suffered by passengers due to late arrival.
- 7.Public Service Vehicle regulations apply during all travel in the UK. Outside of the UK, the relevant regulations of that country apply.
- 8. Weight restrictions will apply for each passenger's luggage on shopping trips outside the UK. Please check with the driver before purchasing beers, wines, spirits or large items.
- 9.We reserve the right to deny boarding to anyone who appears to be a nuisance or danger to our employees or passengers. In extreme cases, we may ask the police to assist in requiring the passenger to alight. No compensation or refund will be made to such offenders.
